In a reference to the anthem sung in public gatherings, the Faryab Ulema Council deputy charged the provincial administration for spreading infidelity in the society.
Meanwhile, Paikan Haidari, head of the directorate of education, has clarified no one has the right to deny the citizens their rights.
Zainul Abideen, head of the provincial civil society, has labelled this religious decree as a step towards ‘Talibanisation’ in the province. He charged the Faryab Uleme Council for intruding in government affairs and issuing decrees on its own.
