KABUL (SW): Dozens of people gathered in Kabul staging a peaceful demonstration in the support of Pashtun’s protest in Pakistan.

The protesters wanted Pakistan to be named as a supporter of terrorism and end the genocide of the Pashtun people. They displayed slogans that all Pashtuns in Afghanistan or Pakistan are brothers.

Some ten days ago, dozens of Pashtuns protested the killing of a young Pashtun man in Karachi city of Pakistan and subsequently, the Pashtun’s protest movement occupied the streets in Islamabad in continuation of the Karachi protest.

Naqibullah Mahsud, who was killed by the Pakistani police in Karachi, was accused of having ties to terrorist groups, however, no evidence was provided by the police force.

The protesters in Kabul chanted the slogan of ‘Greater Afghanistan’, rejecting the ‘Durand Line’, said that they will defend the Pakistani Pashtuns in any case.

Issuing a five-point resolution, the protesters announced that the terrorism has been imposed on all Pashtuns on both sides of the border. They said that these protests will continue until the demands of Pashtun’s protest in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are met.
