KABUL (SW): The latest T-20 International Cricket Council (ICC) ranking kept Afghanistan ahead of test-status holders Bangladesh and Zimbabwe on the 9th slot.
According to the ranking, Sri Lanka is on top with 126 Rating, followed by Pakistan, Australia and India.
Also on Thursday, Afghanistan’s Under 19 cricket squad defeated Malaysia on its home ground to successfully retain the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Under-19 Premier Cup title.
Bating first, the host side only managed to score 105 runs while losing 6 wickets in the allotted 50 over. Afghanistan managed to achieve the target in the 25th over with the loss of only three wickets. Hazrat Ali Zazai scored an impressive half century by managing to score 66 runs.
