KABUL (SW) – The number of coronavirus casesin the country has crossed the figure of 6000.
Deputy minister for public health, Waheed Majroh confirmed in a statement an additional 414 confirmed cases of coronavirus across the country in past 24 hours.
He said 1122 samples were tested in different laboratories in Afghanistan out of which 414 csses proved positive. He added that 17 patients lost their lives and 54 others recovered with which the total number of cases in Afghanistan reaches to 6053.
Kabul remained on top in terms of the number of positive cases followed by Herat, Kandahar and Balkh provinces.
