KABUL (SW) – Based on the credible evidence obtained by Salam Watandar, a number of officials at the Administrative Office of the President have resigned collectively over ethnically discriminating policies.
The documents show that Huma Saadat, Kamal Naser Hamymar, Abdul Mubashar Ahmadi and Abdul Khaleq Abbasi were serving as senior advisors to the President on the UN affairs, but after the abolition of this office and based on the decree of the President, they were appointed at the AOP. However, they resigned within months of this.
In part of their resignation, it is mentioned the employees of High Advisory Board on the UN Affairs were relocated to the AOP based on their achievements, however, the attitude of the top management here violating the merits and principles forced them to resign collectively.
The documents obtained by SW indicate the management of the AOP has simply approved their resignations without addressing the issues highlighted in the resignation letters. Syed Abdul Waheed Qitali, the director general of the AOP, has also simply approved these resignations without addressing the reasons.
Salam Watandar wished to have the views of the AOP, but to no avail.
According to well-placed sources, the dominant political and ethnic environment at the AOP has adopted the posture of an electoral campaign, and anyone opposing it is sacked under different pretexts.
