SHEBERGHAN (SW): A religious cleric in northern Jawzjan province has reportedly raped his 14 years old daughter in Aqcha district.
Abdul Hafiz Khashe, a security official, confirmed the incident and told Salam Watandar that the cleric who sells amulets in Aqcha district has raped his own daughter. He said that police have arrested the rapist father and the investigation was underway.
He added the victim and her mother have been shifted to a safe house.
This incident occurred a few days ago but the rapist father had locked his wife and daughter for fear of being disclosed. The captives managed to escape and shared the incident with the nearest police check point.
