KABUL (SW): Members of Afghanistan Civil Society Forum – organization (ACSFo) held a press conference on Monday and denounced the recent suicide attacks on police convoy which took place last week. The activists said that such attacks are against Islam.
Khalil Rauf, a member at ACSFo, stated that the indifference shown by the government towards civilians’ casualties is no longer bearable and added that the government does not act as a responsible institution toward the current security situation in the country.
A statement released by ACSFo touched upon the endemic nepotism and discrimination in the government’s offices
The statement further added that the council of religious scholars has yet to raise voice over civilians' death in the suicide attacks.
