DAIKUNDI (SW) –Daikundi residents on Wednesday called for public hanging of perpetrators behind the abduction and killing of a young boy here.
A 12-year-old boy, Allah Noor, was abducted from the Shahristan district here last week. He was later found brazenly killed by the kidnappers.
The local civil society told a press conference in this connection that kidnapping and abduction have emerged as worrying phenomenon in this province that has spread horror. They said though the security forces have taken a man and a woman in custody in this connection, but more needs to be investigated to assure the citizens about security.
Mohammad Anwar Shahab, a local civil society activist, said those responsible for abducting and kidnapping young Allah Noor should be hanged publically for others to learn a lesson.
