CHIGHCHIRAN (SW): Armed men have taken away with themselves at least 20 civilians in Ghor province.
The incident took place on Monday afternoon in Zartaly area of Feroz Koh district in Ghor province. The residents of the area told Salam Watandar that the unknown men took at least 20 farmers away right from farming fields with themselves to unknown location.
The fate of the abductees is yet to be known. A source in the National Directorate of Security (NDS) on conditions of anonymity said the incident occured due to family feuds.
But, Ghulam Mustafa Mohseni, provincial police chief, said the armed men took 3 farming tractors with themselves, but did not harm the farmers.
