KABUL (SW): Afghanistan’s very own Ahmad Yasin Qaderi has won the title of ‘Mr Universe’ at the 9th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Mongolia.
Qaderi, who grabbed the titles of ‘Mr Afghanistan’ and later ‘Mr Asia’ earlier this year, emerged victorious for the latest title in 90kg amateur category. According to the information provided by the Afghanistan Body Building and Fitness Federation, Yasin Qaderi cruised through the final to win the title of ‘Mr Universe’ in his respected category.
Another member of the Afghan squad, Zalmay Shakori secured fourth spot in the top body builders competing at the 9th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Mongolia. The Afghanistan Body Building and Fitness Federation has hailed this as a big success, and has facilitated entire nation on this achievement.
Up to six hundred body builders from 40 countries participated in the 9th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Mongolia.
