ABU DHABI (SW): The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has announced the full list of nominees for this year's Asian Football Confederation Annual Awards gala to be held in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, on December 1, 2016.
The main candidates for the awards to be presented at the AFC Annual Awards 2016 event are: Omar Abdulrahman from United Arab Emirates, Hammadi Ahmed from Iraq and Wu Lei from China. The female nominees for the AFC Annual Awards 2016 are: Lisa De Vanna from Australia, Caitlin Foord from Australia and Tan Ruyin from China.
In addition the men nominees for the AFC Coach of the Year are: Choi Kang-hee from Korea Republic, Makoto Teguramori from Japan and Atsushi Uchiyama rom Japan. The female nominees for the AFC Coach of the Year are: Chan Yuen Ting from Hong Kong, Miyo Okamoto from Japan and Ri Un-suk from south Korea.
