KABUL (SW): A source close to the CEO Abdullah Abdullah who wanted to remain anonymous told Salam Watandar that tomorrow (Friday), a senior delegation of Jamiat-e-Islami Party will meet with President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and will discuss the resignation of Atta Mohammad Noor, the former Governor of Balkh.
The anonymous source also said Friday’s talk will be held with the coordination and mediation of “foreigners”. Though, the source didn’t elaborate on whether these “foreigners” are Americans or the Germans.
However, another source that is concomitantly in contacts with both the Presidential Palace and the Executive Office, in a conversation with Salam Watandar, said the president has “put on hold" the acceptance of the resignation of Atta Mohammad Noor, the former governor of Balkh.
