KABUL (SW) – The Ministry of Public Health on Saturday confirmed 59 new confirmed cases of coronavirus out of 327 samples collected in past 24 hours.
With these new cases, the total number of cases surged to 37,953. The health ministry said the latest cases of the novel virus were confirmed in Herat, Balkh, Nangarhar, Kunar and Nuristan provinces.
According to the MoPH, no patients with the Covid-19 lost life in the past 24 hours.
Based on the official figures, 1385 patients have lost their lives to the coronavirus in the country so far.
