KUNDUZ CITY (SW): At least four employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) including a foreigner have been abducted in Kudnuz.
Sayed Mohammad Danish, provincial governor’s spokesperson confirming the incident said that the ICRC employees were on the way from Kunduz to Baghlan and were abducted in Ali Abad area.
Danish added that according to the initial reports the abductees are driven to Khan Abad district in Kunduz.
Kunduz police spokesperson has said that the ICRC employees have not been identified, and security forces are dispatched to the location of the incident.
