KABUL (SW) – Out of 333 patients suspected of having the coronavirus, 112 new cases have been identified in 11 provinces, the Ministry of Public Health has announced.
According to the ministry officials, some 76 patients recovered while three others lost their lives to the COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. With the registration of the latest cases, the total number of positive coronavirus cases in the country reached to 35,615.
According to official statistics from the Ministry of Public Health, a total of 23,739 patients with the virus have been treated so far and another 1,186 have died.
The ministry officials added that out of 84,202 tested samples of the coronavirus nationwide, 10,690 cases of the virus are currently active.
